When will my order arrive?
Once we have received your order, it can take:
4 – 5 working days to reach you in Europe
5 – 10 working days to reach you outside of Europe.

When I send a return or exchange back to you, how long will it take?
Once you have posted your return or exchange back to us it can take up to 14 days to reach our exchange department– when it arrives we’ll make sure to send you an email. The refund or exchange will then be arranged for you. We always try to be as fast as possible!

How to return or exchange
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return or to exchange.

  • On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning and if applicable, the new print or product that you would like in exchange. Include this in the package.
  • Re-using the original packaging and tape the parcel securely.
  • To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, send the return through your local Post Office and, if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
  • You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after we have received your parcel. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email. A return fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
